Deactivates an employee. Effectived immediately, doesn't look a termination date

- employeeGuid Guid Employee unique identifier (Guid)
- terminationDate DateTime (yyyy-MM-dd) The termination date
- token SecurityToken Security token associated with the request (SecurityToken)
